Tatties!

Specifically Mr Little's Yetholm Gypsy. We had the most success with these, including some monsters, so they are just about to go into the oven to bake.
The red, white and blue skin is quite interesting; I hope it crisps up well, and the flesh goes all fluffy. We shall see.
Having a sausage and Puy lentil stew with them. Comfort food for autumn :)
