Leith Hall

A trip through the Aberdeenshire countryside found us at Leith Hall. A meandering trip without a clear destination. A walk in the estate found me a bit muddy, slightly damp and a bit frozen.

Leith Hall all closed up and perhaps not looking her best on this rather dreich day. It was threatening rain all the time we were walking around the state, and occasionally there was a little drizzle.

The Hall was built in 1650 and passed to National Trust of Scotland in 1945 having been owned by the same family through the intervening period.
