Out of focus. Classic.

This is what I mean, about film. This is a very ordinary photo. The fact that it is on film doesn't change its inherent genetic-ness but I did at least try to think about an interesting composition. The diagonal edges of the bowl contrasting with the lateral lines on the table.

Maybe I'm just making stuff up, now.
