Last of the light

This is posted mainly for it's interest value in that it was taken at 17.05 and on 13th January I took this from the same window at 08.55. I will have to try sunrise/sunset from the same window round about mid-winter this year, the sun doesn't rise and set that far apart in winter (and probably in the opposite direction in mid-summer but I can't see that from my window).
Tried out my new running shoes today, they were fine but the niggle in the lower leg is still there, though I suppose it is going to take time to re-adjust.
