Day 61

Hmm not too bad a day. Bit tired and a little bit of a low moment at one point in the morning but OK. Then started feeling a bit guilty about that. I spent the afternoon playing with Lydia. I got a bit more anxious in the evening, worrying that I had upset Ben or Lydia or damaged Lydia etc. I got a lot more emotional and exhausted but that was probably largely because I hadn't eaten enough. I had also been out and about since 8.30am and didn't get back till 10pm. No wonder I had a headache!
