My 37th year

Great birthday weekend with family and friends. Eliot told me his card (on the right) said, "To my best Daddy ever."

It's days like this that I'll want to remember 20 years from now when my three kids are off making their own memories. Emma (11 next month), Andrew (7) and Eliot (5 next month) may create havoc in our house, and it sure is nice to have the occasional date night like the one my wife and I enjoyed yesterday, but I can't imagine life without those three kids.

Happy birthday to me, indeed. (Incidentally, the rumors of me looking like a monkey and smelling like one too are grossly exaggerated.)
