Solitude

Getting ready to leave for work this morning (yes, I know I said I wasn't but I did… just for a bit) I was somewhat bewildered to discover that the woofer had gone missing. Now in true Japanese tradition my apartment is not big enough to lose an earring in, never mind a dog - so you can imagine my confusion.

Turns out the little monster woofer was just having some 'me' time!

Language… has created the word “loneliness” to express the pain of being alone. And it has created the word “solitude” to express the glory of being alone.
