Objects: Two shells on television directory

I was looking at a book of photographs from Bauhaus yesterday. They had a certain something that I wanted to see if I could capture. It was partly an attention to simple forms...and partly a quality of tone, I think. So I'm going to be experimenting from time to time with some of those photographs in mind. I'm neither disciplined nor meticulous enough to really attempt to capture what I saw there. I suppose I just want to respond to what I saw, rather than attempt to duplicate it.
