Lost in the Woods

Beautiful day, cold (of course!). Went to Balsam Branch and skied the lake route for the first time. It was not really groomed, and there had been snowshoers over it, but it was very pretty. Back along the outer (black) route, probably did best part of 7k.

Our 10k outing is just about a week away, and we are in reasonably good shape.
