The view from Llanymynech Rocks

Llanymynech Rocks Nature Reserve is on the English/Welsh border in Shropshire and Montgomeryshire, Offa's Dyke goes through the reserve.

This view is looking to the Breidden Hills in the distance. It's the flood plain of the River Severn but I have never seen so much water around. The chimney is part of the Hoffman kiln, part of the limeworks Heritage Area.

In warmer months I often visit as it's great for wild flowers and butterflies.
