View of Lake Arenal

Great day today! Some rain of course, to be expected since we're in the rainforest. This is such a beautiful and interesting place . Took a sky tram up a mountain to try to get shots of Mt Arenal, but as I suspected, it was covered in fog while we were there. We next took a ride around Lake Arenal, this shot is just one of many beautiful views along the way. Back to hotel for some "refreshments" and a soak in the thermal pools before dinner. We choose a very local place for dinner and it was fun and had fabulous food! Life is good here in Costa Rica!
PS glad we're missing the ice storm in NC! :)
