Oil and vinegar

well what else would they be?!

Out for lunch with the British contingent and, at the last minute, our Catalan friend G found that she was able to come too which was nice.  We were early so we had a quick look around the Cave Hospital from the Civil War at La Bisbal de Falset, it's hard to imagine that there were 80+ beds and an operating theatre underneath a large rock overhang.

The menu del dia was as usual very good and I had olives and crisps, salad, fideau, squid, fruit, with wine, water and tea included.  Lovely!
