There was no way I could do this sort of a restaurant a few years ago. If it didn't go 'cluck' when it was alive then the chances were that I wouldn't eat it when it was dead :-)

The French in the group were very fussy about where we ate - we walked past several places before we came across this joint. I had a nice tuna steak - very nice too.
