Weary

Went to Innerleithen today to try out the red graded cross-country track. 19km of mountain bike circuit - most of it up hill!

This evening I am walking around like an old man!

Thanks to Rick & Helen for looking after me and taking me round. If I hadn't forgotten my camera today (d'oh), then I would have hoped to post something like this amazing shot - shame that's me in it really!
