Today was a study day. Interrupted by news that my chimney stack is failing and has let water in and damaged the new kitchen. The third floor render has a massive crack and is letting in water which has damaged the staircase. The storm is still brewing so I guess there's more to come. There are others fairing much worse though. I wish them well.

My cold is grotty and I would've stayed in jimjams all day if Lois hadn't rescued me and whisked me off for a restorative shopping/pottering/sushi trip to the 'temple' near Bean.
