Loch Tay

Having failed to get a sunrise shot at The Queens view yesterday it was off to Kenmore on Loch Tay to get the sun coming up behind the small island that in bronze age times used to be home to a Crannog.

Again .......... no sunrise.
I am sure it is me that scares it off as all the other groups that scattered about the place seemed to get good light.

I did get one or two in the soft light that I was quite happy with.

On the way back to the hostel we stopped at The Hermitage where the light eventually started to break through in the trees.

As usual I started snapping thngs other than views and landscapes (because I am crap at them) such as the Mud Sculpture and the Ice Leaves on the bench.
They were hard to light.
