After yesterdays wild and wooly weather - and staying indoors all day...i didn't care what the weather was doing today, i was going out! Had a wonderful swim, then a delicious soak in the very hot hot tub...and lunch at the Bean There!

This image seems to reflect my mood today......recognizing that it is always about our own perception, our own focus on a subject that can keep us stuck in a particular thought process! how to be open to what is, and how to put judgements aside and really 'listen' (focus) on what is taking place. Not a particularly difficult place, just a place to question and ponder.

And it is still snowing....now that's a story i'd like to change....but hey, it is pointless to argue with reality!
