Bedtime with Nanan

First day of half term today and Nanan came for an impromptu visit which was lovely! After a few games of pop up pirates, baking and shopping, we decided to go to Manchester for a bite to eat and to let the children expend some energy at Playfactor-e. It wasn't anywhere near as busy as we feared and we had a great time. Lily has gotten so brave. She barely even faltered at the perspex flooring up on the high levels. We all had a go on the "Car-gos" (anyone? that'd be "go-karts" Diddy ;) ), spacehoppers, twisty slides, spinny things and sensory room. Then it was back home at closing time for bedtime stories. Was gone 10pm when they finally succombed to slumber but hey ho, it's the holidays.
