Early Evening Blues

The last rays of day light were being overcome by the early evening blues as I looked out of the downstairs window. I ran upstairs to get the camera, lobbed a telephoto on and quickly took some frames out of the back window as the bluer cloud was rapidly overcoming the light. In fact the image wasn't as good as I'd seen 3 minutes previously.

I do like the silhouette of the tress as a bit of a foil for the light behind, just a shame there wasn't a bit more of the pastel cloud at the base as well.

Off to the camera club tonight, well sort of; it's the Mercia Group meeting which in Coventry is where a lot of the camera clubs get together to listen to a speaker. Each club plans an evening in turn each month and you always get a bit of variety. A lecture tonight on B&W which is a bit of a love of mine.

In other news, well done to Keith Knight on his 730th blip.
