90 Years of Joy & Happiness

One of many merry scenes at Estrella's 90th Birthday party.

Emerald & gold Estrella, flanked by some her loving family, a number of whom have travelled from half a world away. Ronni, sitting to Estrella's right, has come from Canada, & Doug, in the very stylish blue bowtie, has ventured from Australia. They're delightful people & it's been lovely to see the happiness they have brought with them on their trip. It's an incredible effort & a true sign of the love & dedication they have for their Aunty.

Unfortunately events did take a slight turn later on at the party, when Estrella was taken ill & quickly whisked off to hospital - THANKFULLY, all is well & having the benefit of back-blipping a number of photos due to being completely out of time & energy, I can happily report Estrella is now back home, as of the 17th Feb - on her Birthday too! It was quite the shock for everyone & such a shame too as it was a brilliant bash, filled with lots of lovely people, all there to celebrate a wonderful lady.

I must say that Janice did a fantastic job with sprucing that mucky golf club bar up - the millions of balloons & the array of black & white photos of Estrella through the ages were perfect.
