The big top...

... well not exactly.

This is a tent-like cover for a seating area at a shopping outlet in Castleford.
Since there is no roof on the complex, shoppers are at the mercy of the elements; the very wide walkways act as wind tunnels - so not a lot of people actually sit down for long.

I always find the conical tops of these covers interesting and today's moody sky provided a pleasant contrast (though there was a very bright rainbow - it was in entirely the wrong position, sadly).
