Noisy??

After a really busy week it was refreshing to just head out to the boardwalk here for dinner and then down to the creek for a quick look before eventually heading home at the start of the weekend.

The roads were unusually clear of cars. The half term break in some schools created an exodus of people who had fled the confines of the city and seemingly taken their vehicles with them!

Only a few fishermen with rods were taking their chances casting out their lines hoping to beat inflation and catch 'supper' or maybe tomorrow mornings breakfast! (mainly crabs!)

Others were just enjoying the freezing wind cool breeze and taking a brisk walk gentle stroll along the quayside!

The boats and yachts stayed at their moorings allowing the numerous dinner cruise dhows to ply up and down the waters, hosting their guests and giving them a very different view of Dubai by night.

We sat nonchantly sipping masala tea, capturing blips and being generally 'weekendish!'
