Kirkstall Abbey - Leeds

With it being a grey, windy, showery day we set off to visit Abbey House Museum in Leeds but when we arrived it was fine so went across the road to have a look at Kirkstall Abbey - wow what a place! I've can't believe I've never visited before - it's amazing…. and free…. set on the bank of the River Aire - surrounded by crocuses - lovely. We never got to Abbey House!
