My sore throat is back with a vengeance. It's been ongoing since January between a throat infection and an ear infection and it's really starting to do my head in now.

It basically meant another day in bed today, so no interesting blip. Builders did show up to put scaffolding up round our house though as we''re getting insulated render put on the house as the latest stage to doing it up.
