Sea Urchin

We were 19 for lunch today. Somehow we managed to pull it off - with the help from an extra table and chairs from the village hall. We were well organised. I made the desserts yesterday - lemon posset and chocolate mousse in little individual cups with bite sized portions of pistatio and orange stollen, prune brownies and sour cherry florentines. Nick made a delicious Thai curry, which went down a storm. It was lovely to see everyone, particularly Rush and Alison from America. It went so smoothly, that I would do it again - it's all in the planning!
