Team Talk

So all 3 teams had a match today which made transport arrangements a lot more interesting but we made it to Birmingham eventually. The matches didn't really go as planned with all three teams coming away with less than they deserved but I guess all we can do is use that for future motivation.

Here we have Jason, the 2nd team captain, giving the rest of the team of a pep talk during our match against Nottingham. Sadly we ended up losing 5-3 in what proved to be a very close match that could've easily gone either way. I remembered just how difficult it is to watch your team from the sidelines when you're unable to play and it got very frustrating knowing there was fuck all nothing I could do to help. Hopefully that won't be the case for much longer though.

The day ended with a club meal in Leamington which was a nice way to relax after a stressful day...once I'd found a place that would hold all of us and was still serving food!
