Bloomin' lovely!

Five days of sun (although the air temperature's not been very warm) and many, many more of the almond trees around us are now in blossom. The owners will be hoping that there's no hard frosts to come.

But the winter seems to be coming to an end, what there's been of it - we've had a couple of frosts, a light sprinkling of snow, no freezing fog, no weeks surrounded by cloud - what's going on!
