Blast from the past

I haven't seen these bike spoke beads since I was a kid and probably wouldn't have even remembered they existing if it weren't for this bike. As soon as I saw them I had to take a photo. They instantly conjure up memories of summer holiday cycling in Maine, just without the salty sea air.
