Caturday Morning Tabby Entertainment: SQUIRREL!

Saturdays (known as Caturdays at our house) are one of our favorite days of the week. We don't have to go to work. We get more time to do the things we want to do. And that includes spending time with Dexter the Tabby!

One of Dexter's favorite entertainments is to sit by the deck door windows and watch for the critters that come by the deck to visit. Sometimes there are birds. And occasionally, even a squirrel!

On this morning, the squirrel sat on a tree outside the kitchen window and preened in the morning sun. The poor Tabbycat just about went nuts with excitement, running back and forth along the windows, making chattering sounds.

That squirrel is such a little tease! The Tabbycat is both thrilled with and annoyed by the squirrel. But overall, it is free entertainment, and we all are pleased to get a little of that!
