more flood excitement

Where I was standing to take yesterday's blip is now under 3-4ft of water. Couldn't really get a photo of that area because there's hardly any lighting, I don't have any wellies, and there's a hissing gaggle of geese that terrrorise the 'hood (they surrounded me yesterday - we had a 'hiss-off'... I did scary eyes and some kind of karate kid balancing on one foot action... they left).

The bars on this part of the river are normally 30ft+ above the level of the river. Anyone for a Cospmopiltan and a Ouse-mud footbath?
