Camelia

I don't normally blip plants, preferring to get up close and personal with the flowers, but the colour of this camellia bush just shines out in the garden. For years this bush was in the shadow of a tree and didn't really do much but I have cut back the tree and now the bush is really flourishing.
The rhodedrendron in the foreground will come into flower just as these go over.
