At the Pain Clinic

The term "Pain Clinic" sounds as though they'd be inflicting pain rather than relieving it. And what on Earth did they do to this poor fellow?
Speaking of "on Earth". I wonder if there are versions of our space museums on other planets that have a display just like this to show just how silly/magnificent the human spine really is?
Just a thought.
I've had a long day of not having pain inflicted at the pain clinic only to go directly to the market to spend all of my money on food to keep that spine of mine upright and functioning.
A nap is in order.
Not to mention that my fentynal and neurontin were increased which would induce coma...errr nap in anyone.
