Mothers Clubs #Bangladesh

One of IMPACT's priorities for action is 'Safer Motherhood and Child Survival' - and we have many elements in each of our projects worldwide that protect the lives of pregnant women, new mothers and infants.

One of these projects is IMPACT's Mothers' Clubs (pictured here in rural Bangladesh.) We promote key health messages, empowering women (most of whom are illiterate) with information about maternal health, nutrition, sanitation, hygiene and how to recognise the first signs of ill-health and disability.
