If they hadn't called the label 'Fat Face' in the first place, maybe they wouldn't have needed to entice us to buy by providing philosophy with their price tags?

It's been a rainy and funny day in Edinburgh. Funny, well we laughed and laughed (but mostly with relief), when Scotland had a jammy, or was that 'brilliantly defended?' win over Australia at Rugby 9-8 at Murrayfield. In the dark, in the rain - what else could we have done to ensure that our boys won?

Been in the house most of the day as rainy squally weather didn't make me want to go out. Chores to do and 50 hand-made Christmas cards completed for daughter's forthcoming sale at school.

Guests arrived at Craigwell Cottage for a week of fun in Edinburgh - there's lots going on this week with the Homecoming Finale events and the start of Edinburgh's Christmas celebrations.

Think I get to throw away those 'L' plates today. Would have been a couple of days ago except for the spooky midnight deadline which I missed - but I've learned my lesson! Onwards to the next blipping milestone.
