What is it?

Apparently it’s a Raviolatrice (Sainsbury’s just called it a Ravioli Set). You just place a piece of pasta over the grid, press down into the moulds, fill the moulds and place another sheet of pasta over the top. Then roll over the top (rolling pin provided!) and there you have - perfect Ravioli.

Mmm - let’s see:
- find the pasta maker from the depths somewhere (hasn’t been used for years);
- dust it wash it;
- find the instructions (only been used once);
- remember to buy some pasta flour;
- work out how to make the pasta (looks easy on Masterchef).

Not so sure about this. However, it’s rather a nice bit of equipment anyway. And it was a bargain!

This could have been used for Hobbs’ Mono Monday Food - just a few days too late.
