This is not a great white egret

If you want to see one of those, may I direct you to Combi31. I did see some today, but they were much too far away to be worth trying to blip. However, I finally snaffled a 150mm lens for my Olympus on eBay today (equivalent to 300mm in 35mm terms), so maybe that will help me get a bit closer!

On the way home, I blipped this pretty flower. It looks a little bit like a scabious, but I don't think it is. It was a glorious spring day, 22 degrees when we went to the market this morning!
