Pounawea retreat

Headed to the Catlins via the in land route today. Called into a great shoe shop at Winton with no success. Arrived in Owaka in time for a late lunch so took my picnic to the front at Pounawea. A rather breezy affair- quite good fun trying to eat pate, Camembert and fresh bread while trying to keep hold of bags and food trying to fly off the table!
