Violets. Lovely.
I am a proponent of the sweetmeat containing both very (very) dark chocolate and violet, rose or even (given the opportunity) geranium fondant cream.
Expensive varieties are especially welcome :-)
It's probably another minority market.
I'm told only old ladies like violets, but I hope that isn't so (on way too many fronts).
