Dead Things

There is othing worse than the foul smell of dead flowers, particularly lilies. The latter I find stunningly beautiful whilst at their peak, but terrible when not. It is a shame that something so beautiful can become so repugnant. This is not the normal photography of flowers, but fits well with DDW's word for today's challenge: MEPHITIC (I didn't know it either!)
