Forchtenstein

We stayed a couple of days in Forchtenstein. We had a delightful walk through woodland to the castle of Forchtenstein. Unfortunately it was not open to view the interior, but we were able to wander through the courtyard. It is an impressive fortress. The weather was clear and sunny and we were blessed with wonderful views.
