Eye On The Prize

Squirrels are Mother's little Gardeners. They love to gobble the tender little new leaf buds on the trees. In a former life I would attempt, in my Silly Human way, to chase them away from 'my' trees…might as well try to 'nail jello to the wall'!

Now after years of that foolish endeavor, I have come to understand and yes, even appreciate the pruning efforts of these little guys. Never mind they Prune everything in sight, including potted plants which I have carefully tended in the greenhouse all winter and have just now put out…Out into a squirrel infested yard! Oh My! What price fun Squirrel Blips? Whatever!
