Forsythia Bush

Today is a gloriously warm sunny day with just a few clouds in the sky to the North of us; so this is not impacting upon the sunshine. I thought I would do a few outside jobs, but very quickly realised I was not up to it so a few photographs and then rest. A few days ago, I took a picture of one of the flowers on the kitchen windowsill with the Forsythia out of focus in the background. At that time the buds were just opening, but someone still commented upon it and I said that I would take a picture of it once the flowers were open; here is this picture. Not quite all of the flowers are out yet, but when they are, the weather might not be so nice for taking a picture.
