Lloyd's building, love it or hate it.

Designed by Richard Rogers. it's the first Grade I listed building designed specifically for change. It took 8 years to complete in 1986.

The 'inside-out' building has all of the service functions removed from the interior and placed on the outside. The look of this high concrete structure, it's famous wall climbing glass lifts, exposed pipe work, staircases etc make it a spectacular sight!

I personally love it, the whole unfinished quality look. Interesting fact, Richard Rogers left the cranes from the construction on top of the building as a decorative feature to the building! Hmmm maybe that's pushing it a little far.

Anyway it's one of my favourite buildings in the city, my favourite is yet to be photographed.....
