An excellent day.

Started well. Got the coffee percolator in the flat to work first time, and found a boulangerie 100m away. Chocolatines for breakfast.

Sun came out for lunchtime, so I had a wander into the city in search of lunch. Went Algerian, with a merguez sandwich.

Dinner followed a similar plan, with a Pastis 51 (a Ricard brand) added in for apéro. That was in the Bar Gambetta. An old haunt. Has Champions League on HD TV now, but the 51 is still the same.

Gambetta was a lawyer too. I spent quite a bit of time during the day on a client thing. Part of the game plan for this week, and a pleasure to be sitting here working with the window open.
