Break in the clouds

Bible study this morning saw the beginning of our advent study, so we had a few extra ladies join our regular number, and the class was led by Shirley, our associate pastor, who always does such a great job. I came home for lunch, then went out Christmas shopping this afternoon. I just snapped this quickly in our neighborhood. The forecast had said it would clear up later in the day, but this was about as far as it got - occasional small patches of blue sky amidst all the clouds. However, by Thursday, they're promising us high temperatures only in the thirties (F) and the possibility of snow!
