Laksa

I did a bad thing tonight.

I worked later than I should have when I was supposed to come home and cook Laksa for myself and Jo.

Well, what was supposed to be half an hour extra turned into two hours. I got home at around 7.30. Poor Jo hung in there so as soon as I got home we swung into action. Betwwen us we managed to have steaming hot Laksa with prawns and fishballs on the table in 20 minutes.

So tonight is a food blip.
