LENGTHENING SHADOWS

The theme for today was "Diptych" and as you can plainly see, this piece of art is definitely NOT a diptych. I looked it up, to see if there was a word for a nine -section piece of art, and found nothing.

Late afternoon creates some incredible, long shadows streaming in past the blinds and onto the wall. I thought the combination created an almost "painted still life" look, so that became my pic of the day. If nothing else, the pussy willows in the vase should remind you that it is the first day of Spring. Celebrate!!
