Yellow men

Headed over to South Queensferry to go for a bike ride with SB. Asked him to sort out a 40K ride for us and he didn't let me down.
Headed out towards Winchburgh and then to Linlithgow via Bathgate. We then took the big hill climb out of Linlithgow heading towards the Cupcake Cafe at Torphichen.
We managed to get there just before a bunch of rides from Ayrshire Cycle Club turned up in their yellow jerseys. Just a quick look at this photo will scare an insurance company with the amount of money there was on the road that morning.
Refuelled with coffee we headed back out and along the back roads home. This time with the wind behind us and the big hills out of the way. Had to have a stop when SB's chain came off and got caught around the wheel. Came home via Kirkliston to South Queensferry. A 50K ride completed in 2 hours of cycling time. Legs were OK till the last 5K, which were very hard.
Came home and headed up town to do some messages once J had finished a bit more of her studying.
Started to upload the rest of the Finland photos to Photobox. Seems to be taking ages. Don't think BT like us uploading so much data.
Venison sausages and meatball stew for tea before settling in to watch the Top Gear special.
