Up Up...

Yesterday I mentioned flying high with the DJI Phantom with the GoPro3+ strapped to the belly, but the only shot you got to see was of my attempted landing. During this flight, I had the GoPro3+ actually shooting photos every 10 seconds. This is just flying over the neighborhood, looking westward, at about 200 feet above ground level, give or take 100 feet.

Strapped to the belly is really a bit of a lie. It's actually firmly mounted to a gimbal, which keeps the camera straight and smooth during flight. I can also tilt the camera remotely from this straight ahead view to looking straight down, or anywhere in-between.
