Do Not Remove

When I got around to checking myself over after Monday's operation, I discovered this on the dressing on my thigh. I hadn't seen it because they'd put a lot of padding and bandage around my thigh, which fell down when I started walking.
I was wondering if maybe the surgeon had drawn a smiley face on the top of my head before he started slicing and dicing...
